Registration includes two luncheons, two open bar receptions and coffee breaks. Registration through the online system requires credit card payment in full.  If you would prefer to pay by check, you may use this 2019 NTA Annual Conference Registration Form and email it to April Davis at adavis@ntanet.org.  Your check must be received at the NTA Office by November 8th.

In order to receive member pricing, you must be a current NTA member in good standing. The annual membership fee for individuals is $110 (and for students is $45). If you would like to become an NTA member or renew your existing NTA membership you can do so here. If you’re not sure of your member status or need assistance with renewal/joining NTA, please contact April Davis at adavis@ntanet.org.

If you wish to register as a student for the Annual Conference, you must first join the NTA as a student member. The cost of an NTA student membership is $45 and can be purchased here.

NTA is offering a 10% discount for registrations of 5 or more people from the same institution/organization. Please complete the Registration Form and email to April Davis at adavis@ntanet.org.

Cancellations will be refunded minus $100 service fee until October 4. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $200 service fee from October 5 until November 8. No refunds will be given after November 8.
