Who Should Apply?

This dinner is open to all NTA women and non-binary members who are engaged in the theory and practice of public finance and taxation who meet the following criteria:

  • Students: PhD candidates currently enrolled at an institution of higher education (4th year or later) OR law students (2nd or 3rd year).
  • Early Career Scholars: Professionals within five years of completing their graduate degree.
  • Attendance: Applicants must be able to attend the Mentoring Dinner in person on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, in Pittsburgh, PA.
