Registration for the 2026 NTA Conference includes refreshment breaks each day, 1 lunch, and 2 receptions. Registration through the online system requires credit card payment in full. 

To receive member pricing, you must be a current NTA member in good standing. The annual membership fee for individuals is $175 (and for students is $65) for one year. Please join or renew before you register for the conference to receive the member registration rate. If you would like to become an NTA member or renew your existing NTA membership you can do so here. If you’re not sure of your member status or need assistance with renewal/joining NTA, please contact NTA staff at nta@ntanet.org.

If you wish to register as a student for the Annual Conference, you must first join the NTA as a student member. The cost of an NTA student membership is $65 and can be purchased here.

Registrations can be cancelled and refunded minus a $100 service fee until September 30. Registrations cancelled from October 1 through October 31 will be refunded minus a $200 service fee. No refunds will be given after November 1.
